Frequently Asked Questions
What does the booking process look like?
Once you inquire about your photoshoot, I will reach out to discuss what your needs are.. Once we discuss details and you agree to the package and price, I will send you a contract to sign. After that, I collect a 30% deposit and we get to work on finding your ideal location!
Where are you located and do you travel?
I am based in Longmont, CO but I am always happy to travel for your wedding or session! I am able to travel up to an hour at no additional cost to you. Does your location require a longer trip? Feel free to reach out to me to chat about how I can make this happen!
How many hours of wedding coverage do you offer?
My wedding/ elopement packages are fully customizable! Whether your big day is 1 hour or 10 hours, I've got you covered! Because every "I do" is so special and unique, the easiest way to get an accurate quote is to submit a contact form. I will reach out to you within 24 hours to discuss how we can make your dream a reality!
Do you work with a videographer or second shooter for weddings?
Yes to both! If you are looking for video coverage or an additional photographer to capture all of your candid moments and details, you have the option to add that on! I have a highly skilled videographer and second photographer on my team that would love to help capture your wedding day memories. If this is something that you are interested in, let me know when you submit your contact form!
Will you help with posing during our photoshoot/ wedding?
Of course! I come to every photoshoot and wedding with plenty of poses and prompts for you! No need to feel stressed about this part! I direct you throughout the entire experience and am happy to take it slow to make sure we get photos that you will love.
Can we include our pets in our photos?
I love animals and am happy to include them in any photoshoot! If this is something you think you may want to do, let me know in advance and I am more than happy to accommodate your request.
How do you handle bad weather?
In Colorado, it is entirely possible to experience all 4 seasons in 1 day! That being said, I keep an eye on the weather leading up to your date and communicate with you if I think changes may be necessary. In most cases, we can work through a little bit of rain or snow, but I can also reschedule or come up with a backup plan if the weather is more severe.
How long will it take to get my photos back after a wedding or photoshoot?
My editing turnaround time for most photoshoots is up to 2 weeks. For weddings, I send you sneak peeks within 48 hours, and the final gallery within 6 weeks. If you need the photos within a shorter time frame, please feel free to communicate that with me so I can do my best to meet your needs.
